New Media, one of the most powerful invention and discovery
a human was able to produce. A very
useful tool to deal with things in life easier. The most widely fast-spreading
disease-like a human uses with his everyday living. When a person says ''New
Media",common things that a person will automatically think off are phones
and gadgets. What they think are actually correct. People of today are very
open to different gadgets. People who can afford things like that have higher
versions of the gadgets from phones to tablets to laptop and other
technological material. People who are having a budget problem can still buy
things like that but surely most of it are in a form of copy or imitation. Nowadays,
technological materials are very popular. Technology has reached from older to
younger folks. Even I have my own experience. It all started like this.
I woke up because my phone ringed due to the alarm and
started stretching. I ate my breakfast while watching morning news. I took a
bath and get dressed while looking at the camera of my laptop that serves as my
mirror. I made sure that my laptop and phone are charged and organized their
chargers. As I walked to get a ride, I saw a kid within the age of 5-10 while walking. He was so busy with his phone
that he bumped onto me and he was very shocked. He, then, shyly walked away
from me then I giggled for a few seconds. As I travel from my place to school,
I was able to notice a lot of things that changed. The road is now smoother
than before, greater number of architectural structures. My mom suddenly called
and then I realized that even telling something important is faster than before.
I arrived at my school and went straight to our office. I rid in the elevator
for faster transportation from the ground floor up to the forth floor and like
the usual thing, a more convenient way to go to your destination.
I saw my choir mate inside and we took a picture together. With
a click of the phone, another precious moment was added to my history. Within a
second, a new memory was kept. I realized how life is easier nowadays. Capturing
every important moments during the old media took longer than the way of today's
generation. People can now capture every moment of their lives. It's true that
new media is a huge help for us to function more efficiently but still, not all
people are functioning that good unlike when they are still in the old media
era. Without new media, precious and important moments would be forever
forgotten by the people of today. Including ideas like these is very hard. but
because of new media, files that must be kept in a clear book unlike now, just
press CTRL+S and it will be saved. For me, new media is a great benefit to all
people who are working hard for it. Eventhough it's new, it might still perfect
bust still. No one knows.
